postpartum workouts

I've gotten really focused on trying to lose my postpartum belly this time around (lost the weight but not inches between my two kids). I've found some good exercises online but am always interested in more. Any tips?



I do Zumba every day (was trying Pilates til I was told all the crunch-type activities make postpartum abs worse!!) for general fitness, and try and hold my abs tight and maintain good posture. What else could I be doing?
