I came across this today when researching after my doctor told me I needed to gain 20 lbs (I'm at a healthy weight and toned and eat well, so was obviously annoyed).
Anyway, Gwyn's method is so...rage inducing! Look at some of the most ridiculous points in her workout and fitness routine:
- Weights no heavier than 3lbs
- She has to eat only 950 kcals a day
Apparently it's bad to lift heavier weights if your female. What the hell? I lift 12 lbs and my arms are fine! And what's up with the 950 kcals? This women must be WEAK as hell!
