Lack of Energy

Hey everyone! I'm new here and have been reading some of the information that all of you are sharing regarding energy levels. Lack of energy is one of the biggest problems I'm facing while trying to get back into shape. I'm not sure, but I believe part of my depleted energy could be due to my age and the fact that I am going through menopause. I don't know that as fact and considering that I had a hysterectomy years ago, it's fairly hard to determine. My doctor really didn't have any insight for me either. I guess my question would mostly be for the ladies that may have had this experience or possibly going through the same thing. How in the world do you get your energy levels back to normal? I have started doing a light workout routine and walking on a daily basis for the past week, and it's all I can do to find the energy to do that. Any suggestions on what may have worked or IS working for you?
