Hi all! My name is Susan and I'm from Tennessee. Since having my "sit down" job, I've found myself getting less and less active and definitely have put on some pounds as well. Just last week, I started a workout routine and have been walking for exercise. I'm hoping to gain some useful insight while here and put that information to use. Trying to get this old body of mine back in shape! :p
