I like to get up in the morning and start my day with a brisk 20-minute walk, followed by some stretches. Of course, the classic touch my toes, deep knee bends, lunges, and a few others to wake up my whole body. Then I do a short meditation session. I feel invigorated and ready for what comes at me that day.
During the course of the day, whenever I feel myself sagging, I do a quick brisk walk and a few touch my toes. This revitalizes me.
I don't know if this works for anyone else, but I know these few simple exercises keep me going for the day.
