What I have been eating for a month

For a month now I have been eating different than I was and have lost 15 pounds without any exercise!

I usually have a Peanut Sweet and Salty Bar or a yogurt and a cup of orange juice for breakfast. For lunch I have a plain cracked pepper turkey (1 piece) sandwich on whole wheat bread with pepperjack cheese (1 piece), or chicken noodle soup. For dinner it tends to be grilled chicken salad with lite Italian dressing and a whole lot of jalapenos. Some nights it is a piece of chicken or ham with a very small serving of a noodle side or potato side, plenty of veggies and even a roll. I am still eating enough to satisfy my hunger, it's just different choices than before and smaller portions. 15 pounds down, 55 more to go! Wish me luck :]
